But..If you have your shares of PKGP in your name at the time of transfer then your new shares should come to you in cert form under the new name.
If you leave PKGP in street name, your new shares will be credited to your acct in street name, and thereby the shorting can start immedietely.
It is all very simple. The press release was trying to convey that in a subtle way.
I wonder why (?) certain posters here keep telling you all not to follow the company's advise and call in those certs!
