Bill in response to the "no competition" let me respond to the BETT's Business Plan, dated March 98:

Competition to Betting Inc.

1. At present, Betting Inc. has no competition.
2. No PERFECTtransactions are occurring today.
3. The only existing PERFECT host processor is ET & T.

PERFECT= Personal Encrypted Remote Financial Electronic Card Transactions.

PERFECT Equipment Exclusively Licensed by Betting Inc.

Betting Inc has exclusively licensed for the global application of PERFECT wagers the following propriety equipment from ET & T.

1. The Pay Master. A customer will have a financial card to send real time cash to the gaming operator(s).

1. Benefits of no gaming operators or 800 numbers.
2. Immediate cash replenishment (My comment: as long as the gamer has money in their bank)

I am not familiar with other companies you researched. I guess the question is can these other companies establish links to their banks, are they encrypted, and are the other systems versatile to various forms of gaming; and are they working international markets. Unfortunately there is only so much time in my day to work my plan and I'm comfortable with BETT's plan. If anyone out there has knowledge of similar companies with the same plan please share. Best wishes:)

Best wishes:)
