While maybe not exactly a scam, it seems to me that this little co. does nothing more than provid a job for Carl. It (he) reminds me of a little old inventor who keeps playing with a jillion variations of a very weak idea. Now and then he gets one of the neighbors interested in his tinkering and separates them from enough cash to enable him to tinker some more with a failed concept. Looks like he'll putter until he dies, oblivious to the damage he has done to others in his life (the shareholders). If I were him, I'd be very, very embarassed. What a sad way to live your life. Just like those of us who once had hope and who moved on, so should he. Quit trying to make this silly little concept work. Get a life, Carl. George E.
