Does anyone know if WCII can short the 14.9% shares of ARTT? If so then maybe WCII made the purchase...shorted some share to drive the price down...covering slowly on the way down...in order to make the market conditions unfavorable for financing...in turn making ARTT more in favor of making a deal. Just my speculation :) Best of luck, Where'd He Go?
