De Nile is not just a river in Egypt. The numbers are there, staring you in the face, you can follow the links to Edgar if you want to verify that I actually cut and paste from the filings. It really is silly to say that they broke them out in November, but not recently. I agree that Sharon's weren't listed because she fell under 5%, we just don't know if she still owns those anymore, because she is below 5%, and she is no longer an insider. She can dump her shares without bothering to tell anyone, no? Why do you think they just commingled the shares, but added the statement "Mr. Chadha disclaims beneficial ownership of shares held by his wife,Sharon Chadha." And why did it change from "disclaims beneficial ownership of 28,906 shares owned by Ms. Chadha" to "disclaims beneficial ownership of shares held by his wife,Sharon Chadha"
Regardless, the Chadha's together had 3,334,915 between them in November. You are saying that May's count of 1,180,119 is the total between them, and that you are satisfied that they have sold no shares? I hope no one takes your word, but does analyze the numbers filed with the SEC. Actuality shows that there has been massive dumping by the Chadha's (at least by Par), and also Barry Witz.
I would, of course view this as a positive for Osicom if it is a sign that Witz and the Chadha's are on their way out.
Sorry guy, the filings bear out the selling.
