So this mornings news is the Acatel is buying DSC. How is Lucent feeling this AM about that? When can Lucent do a pooling of interests? Will Lucent make a counter-offer for DSC if it can? Lucent will not like it one little bit that their partner DSC is being swallowed up by a competitor. Not sure about Lucent's feelings, but doesn't this put Alcatel in BA and isn't this why they bought DSC? Champagne corks are not flying at WSTL, I'm sure. Anxious to hear your take. Pat
