I dont consider TOP DOG a pump and dump either I saw some of there email news and its pretty good research they visit some of the companies on there own and report on it I find them very informative . If you want Pump and Dump goto Pennystocks.net now thats a pump and dump operation IMHO every stock they pick shoots up and comes right back down but eventually the stock goes up again most of the time. But to me TOP DOG gives the facts and gives no target prices just reccomendations . If you notice Pennystocks .net is waiting till monday for there pick since news on the company they are picking is delayed a little on the news I only hope its not EDII to good of a company to turn into a pump and dump . But if TOP DOG had a pick they would just come out and tell you about the company weather news was 2 or 3 weeks away . For small investors like me you have to get in before big groups do .. David
