Jim, I did see that the Institutions love NMGC and that should help to offset the insider selling. Institutions own almost 50% of the shares as of the end of March and that is a 39% increase over the end of 97 numbers.

Take a look at the earnings numbers and see if you see the same thing that I see:

for the four quarters of '97 NMGC beat estimates by at least 50% per quarter.

for the q ending Jan '98 earnings surprise of +48% and 400% over prior year's numbers for same quarter.

for the q ending April '98 earnings surprise of +4% and 277% over prior year's numbers for same quarter.

Estimates for the July '98 quarter are 173% over last year's and for Oct. '98 estimates are for 112% over last year's.
