Paul, Even a company the size of Intel can't do it all. Competing in the Sub-$500 arena is not how Intel go were it is. Do you really think they can have any kind of margins selling chips into the home appliance market? This is akin Intel selling TVs and VCRs against the Japanese home alliance manufacturers. They would be foolish to start now. Then again they could bring back the PentiumMMX...<G> I do appreciate the fact that Intel tries like heck not to get blindsided...but it happens. Jim
