This is the same info I have been getting. I am surprised that the new offer didn't knock the price down. If we do have a correction in the market. I do think this would be one to short or to own some puts. VTSS is a good company but the P/E is to High and tech stocks are some of the first to see profit taking/dumping when a downturn occurs. I do wish we had gotten some preemptive rigths as share holders on the new 3 million shares issued!!!!! Take a wait and see for now.
