Jed, some more advice in addition to what Roger was saying.... Don't limit yourself to all tech stocks... I have my port. busted between many different types, techs, retails, trans, and industries.... Like today, the dow was up but a lot of tech stocks down... One good thing about falling in love with a company!! If you know this company well, and chart it daily, this is where intraday traders came from.... This is the one place a love for a company can make you a lot of money if you know it well and have a good trading system... But the basics Roger speak about are true with best advice being research the company in question!!
