Thanx for the reply. I have been holding Meditech for a couple of years now, and not only have I never seen it hit $0.40 this is the highest I have seen it in a long time. According to the info available at www.stockguide.com Kern is still the CEO. This, however, may be outdated. I am really not sure. Ron
