As much as some of you lurkers want us to believe that we were and are wrong about Solv-Ex and what occurred over the past 2 years I still say BUNK to your claims. What seems to be more clear as facts come out is that the NASD was/is working very hard to protect market makers who were up to their eyeballs in naked shorted SOLV shares. I believe the SEC and NASD were led down the path to this Shell consultant, Tipman, and others who would crap all over Solv-Ex's reputation by short selling mm's. Like Mike, I'm eager to get the lawsuits going. We'll do more than recover, we'll punish those that abused their power and those who broke laws. How often do you suppose Manny was consulted with by the SEC and NASD? You know the guy who does such a great job of sniffing out scams that the SEC and NASD "suits" can just sit back and wait for their cushy offers to roll in from the very mm's they're protecting. This will not stand! There are enough honest Congressmen that will rip some new holes in those who forgot that their jobs were to protect investors, NOT help drive share prices down to .02! Mad as hell. David
