PART 7......EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT

EMPLOYEES

The following information is taken from the Advanced Optics Electronics, Inc. (ADOT) Offering Circular of January 21, 1997 (OC):
" The Company currently employees three at the management level. During the first 12 months of the completion of this circular, in order to achieve its initial operating plan, the Company intends to hire a total of 12 additional employees during this period. The Company intends to provide its employees with appropriate benefits or incentive plans, as may be warranted by the growth and profitability of ADOT , as determined from time to time by the board of directors."

Editor's Note:
In ADOT thread message # 90, Aug.12,1997 S. Grant wrote that an employee of ADOT with whom he talk to by phone stated that "the staff working at the premises varied between four and seven."
On April 21,1998 RBarron in message # 777 wrote that Leslie Robins stated "There are 11 full and part-time employees".
Apparently ADOT is close - but slightly behind schedule - to their target of having hired 12 additional employees the in the first year of employment from the closing of the stock offering.

Below is a good overview of management at the time of the ADOT Offering Circular of January 21, 1997.
