The following was posted in the Stockman forum this morning. Anyone have answers to the specific questions raised? The press release referred to is the most recent of 11/20. _____________________________________________________________________ The folowing release by NIAR is about as "mean nothing" as it gets. Was not going to respond,but feel needs be. release is loaded with more caveats than a New York real estate contract. (I had a large real estate firm in Orlando area and know where I am coming from.Have sold motels in the area.) Anyone buying based on reading only this is ready to buy a bridge somewhere. If all comes to passSwonderful. However news releases can say a lot and leave a lot out. Ie, a) Which PA lender? b) What does up to $5 million mean? $10? $100,000? Released on what terms, in what amount? c) All is subject to due digiligence. (Meaning ie. Anyone can get out of any commitment.) Not unlike real estate contracts subject to approval(due diligence) by lawyers, inspections,licenses, grandmother/wife/kids liking it etc. In other words means absolutely zilch. d) Which popular timeshare resort in Cocoa Beach? There are many "popular timeshare resorts on the Florida coast.Does NIAR have a firm contract to buy the resort? Is purchase subject to value of the stock/due diligence/loans etc.? e) A financial commitment to buy the "paper" after units are sold? By whom at what discoount? Why weeks ot finalize the commitment?(That good old due diligence?) Subject to what? Value of the stock? g)What expansion of sales in fourth quarter 96? An expansion implies there have been prior sales. How many? Where? Profit? h) How successful is Cypress Island? Where is it? Am not aware of same being on sight seeing tours around here. Wish lurkers the best. But don't rush in where the angels fearS NIAR could well be a great buySwhat's the hurry? P.S.Reference made to $100,000 million made up from several sources. Due diligence of course.
