You still didn't answer my question. Who is feeding you your information? Are you working hand in glove with the Texas State Securities Commission. I've spoken to the not too sophisticated investigator in Houston. If you are then Oilex should be made aware of your activity since no case file has been opened by the Texas State Securities Commission. Oilex and Caye Chapel are aware of certain libelous and slanderous activities by individuals who regularly have tantrums on SI about not getting their way. You are holding back pertinent information about who you are working with. If you do not reveal who you are working with we can assume that you prefer to disguise your activities as simply due dilligence when in fact they are a coordinated effort to substantially harm Oilex and Caye Chapel and their shareholders.

I am privy to no inside information about Oilex or Caye Chapel nor do I have privileged contact with any principal of Oilex or Caye Chapel.

I contend that the problems that GPI had with the TRRC is immaterial to the acquisition of GPI by Caye Chapel. Your attempt to construe it as material and to magnify the number of wells involved as being in the thousands rather than just a total of 30 some odd is outright lying. Then to imply that every well of GPI is involved in violations and then further to say that that is just the tip of the iceberg is to further imply problems that you have failed to specify. You are quickly constructing a house of cards. You must follow through and reveal who you are working with and what information you allege to have otherwise you must now cease and desist from what may be construed as libelous and slanderous assertions prosecutable under civil and criminal statutes of the State of Texas.
