The president leasing the equipment to the company is no different than the president of ACTC owning a majority interest in the merger and acquisition advisory company that he uses to effect mergers.

It is another way of paying himself and keeping the fees reasonable.
I see nothing wrong withthe structure that this president has.

I am wondering however why this company is still losing money?
