There are six major profiles in OT 3.5: Default, Diverge, Breakout, Trendline, Ed's Magic, and Oscar.

Default is the best profile for all market conditions.

Diverge is used in a strong trend to look for stocks with good chance to reverse its current trend.

Breakout is used at the end of a long trend, when the market breaks the trend, for stocks that have a good chance to follow the market break.

Trendline is similar to Breakout but slower. It's slower because it was designed to filter out some false signals.

Ed's Magic is used in a market without trend for quick in and out moves.

Oscar is designed for rolling stocks, or stocks in a trading range. A rolling stock moves in a channel with relative high and low.
