It's a must see. Presented at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. You've never seen so many dower-looking people gathered in an audience at the same time. Obviously they weren't happy with what they were hearing. The amazing thing is only now has this analytical powerhouse stated they would be paying attention to the issue. As for my previous experience in emergency ops, I believe the most tragic experience I endured was the Oklahoma City Bombing. Regards, Ron
