Serge, I guess I need to reread the letter again, but I thought it said <Dayton has not made, nor does it expect to make, an offer to acquire Minorca Resources Inc. In any event, Dayton is committed to following the requirements of Ontario Securities Commission Policy 9.1 with respect to all potential related party transactions and to provide Dayton shareholders with a vote on all major transactions with any significant shareholder of Dayton. >
With Horst and Minorca and Dayton all having a minage a threesome (its too early to get my french in gear), Dayton is scrambling. Questions: 1) What will they do with the debentures....firesale maybe, sell off properties to buy them out and then keep some miniscule ownership with a "major" 2) Maybe thats what the debenture holders had in mind all along...to be bought out. 3) Maybe thats what Minorca had in mind all along 4) Why would this "who's who" of alternate slate want to get involved....obviously they see or know something that we don't

For whatever its worth and I know the four letters that everyone hates on this thread, but why didn't DAY deal with MDIN. Do you NOW think we might have been telling the truth about 2 months ago...I don't want to say this but "I think we told you so"....I can't wait till the dust settles, but in my opinion and mine only, I would rather be in MDIN, than DAY when everything comes awash....!!!!!
