phil, thanks, was curious if you know something i had not yet discovered? am looking thur the 10q's and press as we speak. was not critizing your decision but just seemed like a bad time to get out. i do agree with you the stock is acting funny in light of news. maybe i will uncover some huge dept load or something i just do not know at this point, but will be prepared by monday (may be a scarry day). gw
