>> "anecdotal research" is the new robbin from stephen buzzword.<< SB - why not rely on "anecdotes" ? The standard def of this term is a story , and by god , that's just what it is. A story stock. If you're dumb enough to believe the story , you will buy the stock. And of course , "anecdotes" can't be substantiated , can they ? Neither can "word-of-mouth" spreading the news by those who "love" the service. When it comes to hard facts that CAN be substantiated , like real-world accounting numbers (margins , profits , losses , etc. ) Amazon simply asks that we change the rules. After all, it's a new paradigm and the suckers have the cash in their hands , and a front-row seat at the presentation...lambs to the fleecing. I find it odd that people who take the time to actually look at the evidence , the utter BS that surrounds the promotion , and the dismal prospects for this company , can still remain bullish. PT would love these folks , and be glad to accept their money. He was a showman who knew how the game is played. |
