Scrapps, great article!

The only thing that is not clear to me is how Sprint is going to tie ION into those little wires running into our houses that the local phone company owns. Sure the industry was deregulated years ago but I still have no choice in who provides phone service to me. They talk of all this super high bandwith and voice capabilities and how the current telecommunications infrastructure is outdated but unless they can provide ION through some wireless system to my house I don't see how it will be cost effective until Sprint can directly compete with the RBOC's and the wire they own. It's a great technology but keeping the antiquated voice network is what the RBOC's want and will fight for. Just more reason why I absolutely despise the RBOC's!

GO SPRINT!
