again...you know a great deal more than I(possibly an understatement) ..I have heard that so many many people outside of Moscow have not gotten paid in months,so I wonder about what is that tax evasion about..I have read that before..most paid next to nothing for housing.. where are the safety nets now.. don't know where to find information as to how many more people want to leave....and how many people want to return.. ps...there are a lot of year2000 programmers from India..what kind of pressure USA can afford to exert on India.. really interesting times.. bobby ps biz.yahoo.com --thoughts of biggies for next week etc
