Dennis, for the last time, I remind you that you overlook, completely and obviously, the core issue of how Apple will ever be a SUCCESSFUL service-oriented company, successfully interacting at the user level, given their past "screw the consumer" tendencies c-man-I am sure you feel very strongly about your feelings and I don't doubt you. However, I must remind you to put your own feelings in with apple as a whole. Apple has (and has for many years) the highest customer satisfaction rating of any computer maker. This has been for as long as I can remember. If apple were truly out to "screw the consumer" their high rating would not be so. You've made your point-but it simply does not reflect a large majority of users opinions, especially in relation to other computer manufacturers. let's move on. -travis
