Frank,

The Justice Department is not involved in the INTeL® case. This is purely FTC. Also, the FTC will *vote* on whether or not to file charges. If they vote yes, that does not mean that the charges will get filed on Monday.

Just some nit picking - I feel it is to INTeL®'s advantage to be dealing only with the FTC. There is a different level of 'importance' associated with FTC vs DOJ.

With the DOJ, there is a 'criminal' type association with the actions. With the FTC, there is more of a 'bad boy, slap the hand' type of association.

Just my $0.02 worth,
dmg

(Go INTeL® Go to $200 - [post all splits: past, present & future])
