Ian: I am not so sure that PRIA bottomed with a 1.0 P/S in 1996. I have seen some information to that effect but, on the other hand, both Cowen and Lehman cite a 1996 trough P/S of 2.0 for PRIA. Maybe someone can provide some clarification on this issue. I currently show a P/S of 1.84 for PRIA. I also see Cohen and Lehman using a P/B of 2.0 at 1996 trough valuations. I see a current BV of $6.44 for a P/B of 2.69.
