Thanks Shane. By the way, I worked IBM support fixing MVS operating system bugs for 16 years. Thanks for the support plug, I know that on the mainframe OS level we had quite a bit of expertise and ended up debugging LOTS of OEM problems simply because the firms that sold the software did not have the expertise to service it in a timely manner.
