After reviewing prior Wave and ITG press releases, it does appear that Wave has received $1.75 million of the original $5 million license fee. This would leave another $3.25 million to be paid this month by ITG. I don't know the status of ITG's ability to pay this fee, but Wave's IR people may be able to elaborate on Monday.

Wave has also recently received close to $1 million from exercised stock warrants.

BTW, I believe the Global Wave joint venture with ITG - where ITG has 75% control - applies to European OEMs and content distribution partners based in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. My understanding is that Wave is primarily looking to ITG and Global Wave to introduce new content providers, particularly from Europe. I don't believe the joint venture agreement applies to Wave's US-based content partners who distribute content to Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
