I saw that post about Tastes Like Chicken scammming people on this stock and thought it was hilarious...some people dont have a clue

speaking of not having a clue
I NEED HELP FROM YOU COMPUTER PEOPLE in my ongoing saga...

here is what happened

plugged in my new monitor and it decided to "get jiggy with it" and the display moves of its own volition

called DELL and VIEWSONIC and they went through the litany of things that could be effecting it and what I should do to test it including taking the whole system and trying it at some other house..at that point I was thinking very seriously about the "computer hit man"

I took the whole system to another room on another circuit breaker and it seems to be okay with just a periodic "jiggy"

So now I have to rearrange and clean my office which will take a MINIMUM of a week since I guarantee my office rivals Patricks for piles....

anyway...is there any kind of product out there that might help with the magnetic problem....

I did buy some anti-static pledge for electronics but somehow I dont think that is enough

as far as the power problem...if that is it.....would one those dohickey things that provide backup power protect against erratic power problems that would cause this monitor thing (I do have it plugged into an APC surge arrest protector strip)

Don Sew and I are neck and neck for who has the most computer problems,
but I have no doubt that I am the more frustrated of the two of us
