NASD requirement game is first thing half $@#ed OTC/BBs companies will use to generate interest in their stock ,, of recent FAMH as well as now INFE and DGIV etc,, I laugh my head off,,
It's too soon and too early for all of them and NASD board will laugh their heads off... even if they do get it ,,while NASD might offer certain exposure,, they are OTCs for a good reason at same time I know many good OTCs like Mitsubiishi Motors or Matsushita Electric, trading par value of over 100 dollars..
The point is as we play this chicken little game,, for those who got in late ,,as the ones who got in under 30 cents are smiling like cat who swallowed the canary ,,
We need to define if the management will really hold up to their end and not dump on us if we do make a comitment to go in full force.. stop comparing DIXS to INFE as INFE showed their card with last Friday's press release of share buy back announcement ,, a scam royale,, and stop comparing DGIV ,, after all it was SA who found DGIV and presented it to SI at , 18 cents.. and have spoken to CEO extensively and his etnic minority use of telephone vis a vis to their home land makes sense, but what's the up side from here really ? Do you expect DGIV to go to 30 a share ? DGIV to do 100 mill per anum ,, why pay 8 bucks for DGIV when you can buy TAVA for 10 ,, PUMA for 7 ,, BNYN for 7 .. with real revenues and analysts following,
How about CXI a real tech co with huge contracts coming up ,, A Teledyne joint venture with Senator Sam Nunn and HE Ambassador Jean Kirpatric on the board of directors,, or GMTI a real tech again ,, all trading under 2 1/2 ,, this is how I fo it ,, make money from these silly penny momentums and use the proceeds in to investing into real stocks that will appreciate 2 - 400 % down the road at absolute bottom ,, that's how I found AOL at 20 ,, KLAC at 20 5/8 and rode that up to 74 .. JBIL at 12 to 86 ... RNTK from 1/8 th to 3 1/2 .. and still holding RNTK .. I hope DIXS is one although if Turboe's www.occ.com goes public ,, it will bury DIXS and INFE like a dead ant..
DGIV was great when it was .18 cents and we took it up to 1 1/2 ,, what happens when these house of cards come down crumbling ? Like PNLK and INFE ,, these are eroding already ,, and Rockteers,, I laugh my head off again ,, as they do front running ,, buy in and keep up a good BS and people keep buying at highs as it slides down and down ,, yes of course but then you have Rockteers who will buy the dips,, Yes and I beleive in Santa Claus ,, so please be realictic with your money folks.. as I sure am with mine ..
So be very realistic and leave the hyperboles,, as I am becoming more and more cynical here on SI ,,
We got in as a pure momentum play ,, let's face it ,, now it turns out we have a sustainable bottom here and if the float count is legit and their business plan makes sense we go long ,, is what we agreed on ..
