Pat, I posted an article here from the Financial Times within the last month saying Navigator's share in Europe is higher than in the US. If I remember, is is over 90%.

I'm sure Microsoft's size gives it an advantage in smaller markets like Columbia. I assume they've had a presence there for a while.
