Ernie, you sound like an impatient schmuck. Anyone ever told you it's not a loss till you realize it. Everyone out there now thinks their a trader. If the company doesn't go up their out. Well, your comments about the Negative report are messed up. MRV's problem is not dishonesty. It's that their so honest, they think anything other that the quarterly reports is hype. Edmund has the personality of, well, an accountant. The person who wrote the report, Dr. Howard Shillit, CPA, IS A HACK. His other great shorts were APCC(up 51.1%), PZZA(UP69.2%),IOM (UP 156%),HRC(UP 100%), BOST(UP51%), get the picture. Remember, THOSE WHO CAN'T DO...ARE ANALYSTS. Take a look at the short position. It's very high at this point. When the shorts cover, this stock is going to skyrocket. My targer for 1997 is 30-35 based on the future earnings expectations which point to a P/E of 20 looking forward 12 months. But more importantly. Look at the multiple to cashflow. Granite was bought by Cisco for 17.5 times cashflow. MRV is trading at a paltry 5-7 times cashflow, with more compatible technology and no debt to speak of. |
