Remember that Steve Sadler, Chairman of the Board of Open Text ( and Open Text's largest shareholder Helix Investments)and head of GEAC computing has made a living for Geac making proper acquisitions ie not over paying. It has worked for Geac and I remember when that was a $13.00(C) stock too. Today north of $40.00 (C) - - Patience folks
