BUYER BEWARE - DD IS A MUST. IMHO this SMELLS LIKE A SCAM!

Checkout how many times this company has been into bankruptcy! This company started out about the 1975 time frame as Turpin Systems(Van Nuys,CA.). The company was founded by the late Phil Hammond. Originally started out as a consulting firm and did very well at that. Phil Hammond was an engineer who left Litton to start his own company. This company was loaded up with brain power. Ph D's all over the place. In it's hayday it employed close to 250 people and did around approximately $12 -$14 million a year(guessing). Turpin Systems changed it's name to Dynamic Sciences(approx 1978) and started getting out of the consultanting business and into the hardware business. DSI was very heavily tie to the military probably mostly due to Phil Hammond's connections to Litton and TeleDyne. As companies started moving away from the military I believe this greatly hurt DSI because of it's dependicies on military contracts. DSI struggling began it's downsizing. The move to variel street(1986 also about the time Eli Sherry became CEO guess) was part of that downsizing effort. The banks have step in on more then one occasion to take control. This company for year has had financial problems. The workers have had to go on work furlough on more than one occasion. I need to do more research to find out how DSII was created but I have a feeling it was created out of the bankruptcy they were facing just a few years ago.

This company at one time had a lot of engineering talent. Do not believe there is much left if any. I was not aware of DSII being a public company. If they have really been publically traded for the last 10 year I would be surprised. I would be willing to bet that there are no restrictions on the insiders selling their shares. If they are in the same kind of shape as they were the last time I checked then the insiders will be filling their pockets with your money.

If you do not think I know anything about this company checkout what I have been saying. IMHO the only thing this stock is good for is to make some money on a pump & dump if you are quick! Things may have changed but buyer beware. I am going checkout the contacts I still have and look into this stock a little deeper. Positive or Negative.
Patience is a virtue!

Somebody should go over to the building on Variel street and checkout the company.
