I know I can complicate things...but Why not choose several Chiefs...... each Chief nominates a few trusted Indians The Chiefs then eliminate any potentially rogue Indians w/o cause Majority Rules After there is a Tribe........all members set out to find Papoose Papoose get submitted and given 1 day for evaluation by Chiefs One papoose gets selected....by majority.. Name of papoose gets delivered to tribe night before buying day. tribe buys during certain hours pertaining to log on name. Hour of day related to 1st initial. Rotation keeps it equitable.
