Nothing better than curling up in bed with an ole 8-K--sigh

I pored over the CIEN 8-K dated 6/3/98. I know it's important
but my attention span gets severely impaired ;-( Can some kind soul
tell us about dates like--
1. When does stockholder approval get asked and approved ?
2. When is the deal finalized ?
3. When does CIEN trade as TLAB ?
4. How do CIEN shares get re-issued as TLAB ? (I know--automagically, my broker tells me so)

See how impaired I am ?? Never been bought out before ;-) Thanx--
