You need to learn to read carefully, Cube, lawyer or not. I'm not trying to stop anyone from alerting authorities of anything at all.

My point, and I'll repeat this S-L-O-W-L-Y for you, is Davef accused me and others, in a public forum, of engaging in criminal activity without one shred of proof. And there is absolutely no proof, as far as his false statements about me are concerned.

He's cavalierly grouped everyone on this thread who has spoofed him, and claimed, without equivocation or qualification, that they have committed crimes against him. That's defamatory per se, and it is way over the line from "mental midget, fool, idiot, slime, loser, etc.", most of those names I think are quite humorous.

Go back and study your First Amendment notions, there's no constitutional right to defame people in a public forum. Report to authorities suspected criminal conduct [?], yes, but publicly submit information you know or should know to be false which is defamatory [?], no. Read, Cube, read.

Go back and read the post, dude. Got any similar half-baked comments to make about folks in a public forum, maybe you better think again.

Read, Cube, read before you spout off. And read my apology to Doug R, Cube. Read, Cube, read.
