Chuca, if you liked 2001, then there was another outer space movie
with a talking computer that you most likely will like. I don't
remember the name, could be "Solar Flare". It was a 2 hour movie,
but actually two 1 hour movies put together with a week link so it
could be sold as a 2. The part of the movie that took place on the
earth was for me not too good, but the 1 hour on the spaceship going
to the sun was super. Not only a talking computer with HAL's voice,
but also * ****** *** ****** that suprised everyone at the end.
Since you is a fan of HAL, do you know:
(1) HAL is an acronym for ??? (I do not know.)
(2) HAL was created by a simple mathmatical formula, which is ??
I know the answer for number 2.
HAL being created from a mathmatical formula means that an acronym
for HAL ain't really how HAL was made, but that words were fitted
to HAL. HAL was not made from words.
