What you saying is true but....

Transition usually don't occur overnight. Besides solving all
their problems i.e. the yen, mammoth, 4mm business etc. They are
also entering a new product cycle and new markets. For the first
we are going to see exabyte in retail stores with the Eagle division.
I don't know if you have heard but EXBT is offering a Nest product
that one can plug a zip, eagle, and 1.4 gig hard drive so the sharing
of the drives becomes compatabile among different locations and users
with no wires. They announced some new library products. All this
takes a couple of qtrs and I think the demand is there. Did you know
the Eagle Division has already captured 5% of the market already.
I think the demand is there and futhermore I'am hearing that the
y2k problem requires a lot of databackup before any problem is fixed.
