Hi Bill,

I was away in London but wanted to comment on your response regarding my negative statements about the government's management capabilities.

You assumed I was referring to the states (I'm from Canada) and my job puts me in direct contact with a provincial government ministry that mismanages multi-millions of dollars. In addition, this bunch hasn't even dared to comment on how they are dealing with the Y2K issue.

BTW, the US government departments do not inspire a whole lot more confidence--if you read the OMB reports on their progress to date.

Just my thoughts and you won't change'em.
