Flat Man .. Who is hyping and who is pumping and dumping ? We are waiting for SEC 10k and 10Q next few days and purpoted huge contract with government. The ceo says he did 3 mill in 97 .. not bad for a penny scam co ,, we will see ,, since they are a full reporting company at 11 cents ,, wanna pay 8 bucks for a non reporting company ?
