Josef:

IBM Microelectronics and Intel are the two foundries. Both vendors have fabs at .25u and, as you probably know, IBM is leading the way to the copper (damasine (sp?)) cycle (which should get us to 180 nanometers). I will direct the question specifically to Don Schrock (at QC), but I have believe that a geometry shrink occurred for both the fourth and fifth generation chip as part of the effort to improve performance and reduce power consumption.

Best regards,

Gregg
