Thanks again for your quick response. It's my understanding that all production is monitored, on a monthly basis, by the Texas Railroad Commission. And as such, all production figures may be verified by the TRC. Likewise, all TRC monthly figures are published on a per county/company basis by lasser.com on their 'petroleum data page.'

This being the case, I'd suspect an investor could simply monitor the Lasser site in order to ascertain the validity of stated figures. Unfortunately, there is about a 2-3 month time lag in reporting production. Nevertheless, I'd expect Oilex's increased production numbers to show up any day now since this increase has occurred in the last 2-3 months.

I'm looking forward to seeing these numbers in writing from an alternative source.

Thanks again for you help. By the way, you appear to have good knowledge of this company. If you have any information as to why Oilex's production would not be logged with the TRC, please let me know. I'm always looking for good information.
