From the sat paper: ETRUSCAN BIDS FOR KELOWNA FIRM Etruscan Resources Inc. of Dartmouth has announced that it will make a takeover bid for Channel Resources Ltd. of Kelowna, B.C. Etruscan is exploring West Africa and the Nortwest Territories. Channel has been exploring for gold in Burkina Faso, West Africa. The offer gives Channel shareholders one Etruscan share for every 4.5 common shares of Channel and will be open for 21 days. on other notes I noticed some time ago that Novagold turfed Etruscan from the Murray Brk. project to go it on their own. Seemed odd, but I could not find the particulars of the original relationship. 1King
