Not out of the realm of possibility that LU may be getting sick and tired of waiting for PERI to deal with LU's complaint of patent infringement that LU first approached PERI about early last year. One might suspect that maybe LU might be thinking it's about time to shake the tree a bit and file a suit? (see latter part of PERI's 10Q's). Just a thought.
