Thanks for the post, Don! So, they're launching a $3MM share issue? At .60/share, that's 5MM shares, which, with about 25MM shares out there, amounts to about a 20% dilution - no big deal, I would think.

The rest of the money will probably come by way of loans, debentures and silver bonds, then.

I wonder where the First Nations folks are going to fit into all this? They had approved of the venture initially, but I thought they were involved in the mines' operation down the road. Will try to find this out.
