You may be right, but I would think that if it were to be announced next week, it would happen at Supercomm where both companies are scheduled to be. I think that NT has been trying to get BAY for a while, but the price is steep. I think they will get the deal done to get a jump on Lu and Oct 1. I am not sure when, but my options position is for this month. Frank
