I think that at $15 DIIG represents a great value. Latest 12 months sales $878.0 mln and market capitalization at $337.2 mln mean 0.38 price to sell ratio. If you consider 5 year 48.9% growth is't it a good take over candidate? With one more difficult but still profitable ($0.25 per share) quarter ahead (the second qtr is almost over) when all bad news are out the downside risk is minimal.
