If you get Etrade it will cost you for any amount of penny stocks 19.95. You can place your order through touchtone for the same fee(!) or you can call a broker and explain to them that because the price of the stock is some weird number you cannot place it through the web they will only charge you the 19.95.

I think for the money and the services there is no other company out there with such a good combination. If somebody knows of another company please share it with all of us.
